Butterfly 2.0

Knowing which days of the menstrual cycle are more or less fertile is not a complicated task. However, it is advisable to opt for an application such as Butterfly, which allows you to carry out a complete follow-up that leads to very precise calculations in this area.

The use of this calendar is very simple. Simply enter the start of the last period in the "Settings" window. It then defines the duration of both the period and the cycle. By clicking on the "Apply changes" button the calendar will be modified and displayed on your screen.

In green you can see all those days of ovulation, that is, those in which fertility is higher. If you want to get the opposite result and see which days are the least fertile, click on Menstruation.

Butterfly offers you the possibility to print a complete list with the data of all the days of the month, which is very useful to keep a strict control.
